Acceptable Use Policy

Grndly works best when everyone uses it responsibly. This policy sets clear rules so the platform stays safe, honest, and useful for owners, workers, and clients alike. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Purpose

This policy explains what you may and may not do on Grndly. It protects the community and the platform. If you are unsure whether something is allowed, ask us first at abuse@grndly.com.

2. Prohibited activities

You may not use Grndly to:

  • Break the law or help anyone else break the law.
  • Harass, threaten, abuse, or discriminate against others.
  • Upload unlawful, infringing, or stolen content, including content that violates someone else’s rights.
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
  • Scrape, harvest, or copy data from the service without permission.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the service.
  • Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages.
  • Interfere with, overload, or disrupt the service or its security.
  • Misrepresent reviews, attendance, or project activity, or post fake or misleading information.

3. Content standards

Content you upload to Grndly should be:

  • Accurate and honest, especially updates and attendance.
  • Yours to share, or shared with the owner’s permission.
  • Respectful and free of hateful or abusive material.
  • Relevant to the project and the people in your workspace.

4. Consequences of violations

If you break this policy, we may remove content, limit features, suspend your account, or terminate access, depending on how serious the issue is. Where the law requires it, we may also report activity to the authorities.

5. Reporting abuse

If you see something that breaks this policy, tell us. Email abuse@grndly.com with details and, if you can, links or screenshots. We review every report and take action when needed.
