Accessibility Statement
Last updated: July 1, 2026
Grndly should work for everyone, including people who use assistive technology. This statement explains what we do to make our website and app accessible, where we know we can do better, and how to reach us with feedback.
1. Our commitment
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA across our website and mobile app. Accessibility is part of how we design and build Grndly, not an afterthought.
2. Measures we take
To make Grndly accessible, we:
- Use semantic HTML and clear heading structure.
- Support full keyboard navigation and visible focus states.
- Maintain sufficient color contrast for text and controls.
- Add descriptive alt text to meaningful images.
- Use ARIA attributes where they help assistive technology.
- Respect the reduced-motion preference for animations.
- Offer a dark mode that keeps contrast readable.
3. Mobile app accessibility
Our mobile app follows the accessibility features of iOS and Android, including support for screen readers, dynamic text sizing, and system contrast settings. We test key flows with these tools turned on.
4. Known limitations
Some areas are still improving. Complex data views, certain older content, and a few third-party components may not yet fully meet our target. We track these issues and work to fix them in ongoing releases.
5. Feedback
If you run into an accessibility barrier in Grndly, we want to know. Email accessibility@grndly.com with a description of the issue and the page or screen where it happened. We aim to respond promptly.
6. Ongoing improvement
Accessibility is never finished. We review our product regularly, train our team, and factor accessibility into new features so Grndly keeps getting better for everyone.
