Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident trying Grndly. This policy explains when refunds apply, how to request one, and how cancellations work. No fine print and no surprises.

1. Overview

This policy covers subscriptions to Grndly. If you have a question that is not answered here, email billing@grndly.com and we will help.

2. Free plan

Our free plan is genuinely free. There is no charge, so there is nothing to refund. You can use it for as long as you like to explore Grndly.

3. Monthly subscriptions

Paid plans are billed in advance each month. Because you pay for the month ahead, a charge covers the full period even if you cancel partway through. See the guarantee below for new subscriptions.

4. 14-day money-back guarantee

For your first paid subscription, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If Grndly is not right for you, request a refund within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. This guarantee applies once per customer.

5. How to request a refund

Requesting a refund is simple:

  • Email billing@grndly.com from the address on your account.
  • Include the plan you are on and the reason for your request.
  • We will confirm eligibility and process approved refunds to your original payment method.

6. Non-refundable items

The following are generally not refundable:

  • Renewal charges after the initial 14-day guarantee period.
  • Partial months once a billing period has started.
  • Any custom setup or professional services already delivered.

7. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again. Your rights around cancellation are also covered in our Terms of Service.

8. Enterprise plans

Enterprise and custom agreements may have their own refund and billing terms set out in a separate contract. Where those terms differ from this policy, the signed agreement applies.
