Terms of Service

Last updated: July 1, 2026

These Terms of Service are the agreement between you and Grndly. They set out what you can expect from us and what we expect from you. Please read them carefully. By using Grndly, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Grndly, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you are using Grndly on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that company.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Grndly. If you use the service as part of your work, you also agree to any policies your organization has in place.

3. Accounts and responsibilities

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login details secure. In particular, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate account information and keep it current.
  • Protect your password and any access to your workspace.
  • Tell us promptly if you notice unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use Grndly lawfully and respectfully. Prohibited conduct is described in our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these terms. Breaking those rules can lead to suspension or termination.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the plan you choose.

Prices, taxes, and plan features are shown at checkout and on our Pricing page. If prices change, we will give you notice before your next renewal.

6. Free plan

We offer a free plan so you can try Grndly without paying. Free plans may have limits on projects, storage, or features, and we may adjust those limits over time. There is no charge for the free plan.

7. Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time and keep access until the end of your current billing period. Refund eligibility, including our money-back guarantee, is described in our Refund Policy.

8. User content and ownership

You own the content you create in Grndly — your photos, updates, notes, and reports. We do not claim ownership of it.

To operate the service, you grant Grndly a limited license to host, store, process, and display your content solely to provide the features you use, such as generating reports and sharing updates with your workspace.

9. AI-generated reports

Grndly uses AI to turn your updates into daily reports and summaries. These reports are informational tools designed to save you time. They may contain errors and are not a substitute for professional, legal, or safety advice. Always review reports before relying on them for important decisions.

10. Reviews policy

Reviews on Grndly must be genuine and based on real experience. To keep them trustworthy:

  • Owners may not write or solicit reviews of their own business.
  • You may not post fake, incentivized, or misleading reviews.
  • We may remove reviews that break these rules or our Acceptable Use Policy.

11. Intellectual property

Grndly, including its software, design, and brand, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not give you any right to use our name, logos, or branding without our written permission.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Grndlyis provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

13. Termination

You can stop using Grndly at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that harms others or the platform. On termination, your right to use the service ends, though some provisions survive.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Grndly, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of that jurisdiction, unless local law gives you a mandatory right to bring a claim elsewhere.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Grndly evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and let you know in the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
